The Camp Wallace Foundation derives from the Camp Wallace military base located in Galveston county Hitchcock, Texas and the personal will to support our Veterans. Our Quest at foundation is to start by saying "Thank You" to our veterans and offering a meal to those that wear the military hats proudly.The term "Nice hat" to a veteran can prompt an interesting conversation from a simple thank you to his or her complete military life proudly telling their story. You just never know what is coming at you when you say "Nice Hat" to a Veteran. 

Camp Wallace Foundation is starting our goals with the "Nice Hat" campaign to say "Thank You" and as we grow toward our goals for the foundation to the commitment of supporting our Veterans that suffer from combat PTSD by offering a safe place, a Healing program and comradery from those that have walked in their shoes.

Please help by supporting our start up quest to say Thank You to our Veterans with the Nice Hatcampaign. Veterans and the public can simply go the the campwallacefoundation website and view our goals for the foundation and Veterans to submit a short video of them with their military hat and a short description of location, years stay and what his or her job was while serving. This information is put into a lottery for daily meal drawings to local restaurants of Veterans choosing.
